You can now change the contact details of the individuals associated with your production company, using the form below. It is really important that both the director and producer associated with a company are matriculated students, so if one of them graduates or you pass on your company to different students, you should let us know the contact details of the incoming producer and/or director.

 

The form allows you to change one of the contacts of the company. If you would like to change both contacts, please fill in the form twice. Alternatively, if you want to change the name of a company but keep the same contacts, please email secretary@ouds.org.

 

This form should be filled in by the incoming producer/director, with the knowledge and consent of the outgoing producer/director.
